Eur0lite HaloGen BuLb

OBJECTIVE

  • To create a fake solar
  • To understand more about halogen bulb
  • To assemble components

METHOD
  • Find a component that can replace solar and bulid it to look like a sun.
  • The bulk connected in parallel and series (2bulk in one line) and it must be straight to PV for the heat can be transmit directly.
  • The output from PV in connected with DC wire for easier to measure voltage and current.
  • Lastly, after done completing all the components, the module can be use  to do further experiments.

CONCLUSION

This week, I have build a fake solar for replacing the sun as the main energy in my project. After discussing with my supervisor, I use halogen bulk since it can produce high temperature (50 watt) that almost similar to the sun. I use bulk because my supervisor want me produce continuously output and if I use the sun, the output cannot be continuously since there will a lot of factor that will block the sun from emit the PV like cloud. By this, I can move to the next step to do some experiment with the complete PV module.
